WORKSHOPS

Searching for windows in the air

Apparatus: Rope, silks and straps
Level: Open/adaptable

Research into organic transitions and the construction of fluid sequences.

Through a journey across the negative spaces of the apparatus—moving between knots and different manipulations—a practice is proposed that focuses on the search for “windows,” places from which the body can shift and generate new relationships with space.

Objectives:
  • Discover the possibilities of aerial apparatus in relation to the body
  • Find non-obvious transitions
  • Develop a personal language

A physical and creative laboratory open to any level and experience with aerial disciplines.
